How to use LINK Yearbooks.

As a yearbook advisor or school administrator, you will need to make the decision on whether or not you would like to offer a digital book signing experience to your student body. LINK autograph pages are a simple and secure way to do so. If you made the decision to offer autograph pages to your student body, and you make your yearbooks with Entourage Yearbooks, the first thing you will need to do is turn on LINK Yearbooks permission.

You can do this by going to “Manage-> Manage LINK” and clicking on the “LINK Yearbooks” tab

You are going to want to allow e-yearbook access, as well as allow digital Digital Autographs for your yearbook:

At this time, you are going to also want to make an e-Yearbook access code for your school, this will be required from anyone looking to view your yearbook online, so make it something your community will remember:

Once you have everything set up, let your school community know to go on linkyearbooks.com to find your school’s yearbook project. If they search for the then name of your school, they should be directed to your school’s profile page. They can then click “access code” and enter in the access code that you provided:

Once they enter the access code they will be required to create an account to login, if they have already created an account with LINK yearbooks then all they need to do is login.

After logging in the user will be directed to your yearbook s page. To set up their personal autograph pages, they will need to select the “Autograph’s” tab

The Autograph tab will show them their personal autograph settings. They will need to turn on their autograph pages if they would like others to sign them, and share their unique autograph code with their friends. They can also share their autograph codes digitally:

Once you have collected some autographs, they can download your autograph pages. These will download as PDF’s to their computer, and they can print them out.

If you would like to sign someone else’s autograph page, go to the autograph tab in the top toolbar:

They will have to enter their friends autograph code to begin signing their autograph book:

Once they enter the autograph code and select “Start”, they will be redirected to the autograph designer, where they can start creating an autograph page for their friend:

Once they hit save and continue, the autograph page will be submitted to their friends autograph pages!
