In 3 Easy Steps:
If you are using LINK’s digital autograph pages for your online yearbook this year, follow these 4 steps that will ensure your school community is utilizing LINK yearbooks to the best of its capabilities:
Step 1) Set up your LINK Yearbooks Account: To set up your LINK yearbook account, log in to your Entourage Yearbooks account and go to MANAGE > MANAGE LINK. Once you are in Manage LINK, Click the LINK yearbooks tab.
Turn on “Allow e-Yearbook access”, then turn on “Enable Digital Autographs. You can also choose to turn on allow Public Preview. This will just show the first 3 pages of your book project:
You can set up other LINK settings, like the e-Yearbook sales, release date, and making an access code. You can also make an access code for your account. If you make a trial access code, it’s good for up to 60 days, then users will have to buy an access code from LINK yearbooks, it is a one-time fee. Otherwise, you can set up E-yearbook sales and sell an e-Yearbook access code for whatever price you would like. This access code will work forever. For more information on these features, Click Here.
Once you have your LINK yearbook settings set up, grab that dedicated URL from the bottom of the page. Your school community can use it to navigate to the LINK website and view their e-Yearbook once the release date of your book has occurred.
Step 2 ) Let Students Know How to Sign Up: Students can follow the URL that you’re provided to access their LINK e-Yearbook. They will see a button on the right-hand side of the screen they can click on to go to the LINK yearbooks website:
After clicking the blue LINK yearbooks button, they will be directed to your books page where they will need to enter the access code you generated for them, or the access code they bought though your e-Yearbook sales:
After entering the access code, they will be asked to create a LINK yearbooks account, they can register as a new user, or if they already have an account, they just need to login:
Once they have access to the e-Yearbook, they can see the whole yearbook using the Memory Board! If they would like to start setting up their digital Autographs, they can navigate to the autograph tab.
